Havilah Builders was the upshot of two visionaries V.C. George fondly known as Appachan and George Mammen who have proved their excellence in their respective fields.

Appachan brings with him the strong backing of 30 years of glorious accomplishments in the film industry. Jegan Pictures and New Saga Films founded by Appachan have given Malayalam cinema unforgettable movies that enthralled audiences for decades and many of them were all time hits of the industry. Havilah Builders is his diversification of business interests into property development.

George Mammen has 20 years of experience in comprehensive property management including facility management, as a senior manager in Union Properties, Dubai. His prolonged stay in Dubai has exposed him to international standards in design, finish and total quality management.
